The Whole Child is a Featured Speaker on WCH’s Community Meeting on Family & Student Homelessness

April 6, 2021. The Whole Child is proud to participate as a speaker at the Whittier Consortium on Homelessness (WCH) Community Meeting on Homelessness, 2021: Families and Schools.  The community meeting will be held virtually on Monday, April 12, 2021, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. This first community meeting of the year will focus on homelessness and its impact on families and schools. Participants in the meeting include The City of Whittier, Whittier First Day, Whittier Union High School, Whittier Area Interfaith Council, and CEC- Collaboration, Co-Education & Communication.

WCH’s Virtual Community Meeting on Homelessness Topics will include:

  • Navigating the family homeless system
  • Family homelessness in the Whittier area
  • Schools and homelessness
  • Community response and what you can do to help
