We had an incredible time this weekend at the Downey Pride Festival!
Visitors to our table crafted beaded bracelets and filled out “Self-Belief” hearts that helped affirm their worth and allowed them a chance to embrace their identities.
As an organization founded 65 years ago on the belief that ALL children and teens should have access to mental health services, The Whole Child is proud to provide supportive services to the LGBTQ+ community. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are important core values of our agency: When children feel loved, safe, and protected, we know that they and their families THRIVE.
