The Whole Child Welcomes Election Leader Conny B. McCormack to its Board of Directors

Whittier, CA – The Whole Child (TWC) is proud to welcome election leader Conny B. McCormack to its ten-member Board of Directors. The board is responsible for guiding the 63-year-old non-profit organization in fulfilling its mission to help vulnerable families in Los Angeles County. “I am honored to have this new opportunity to give back by supporting TWC’s mission and visionary approach to improving the lives of children and families in need in our community,” Conny McCormack said.

Mrs. McCormack has 30 years of experience in various roles in the public sector. Mrs. McCormack is a highly experienced and respected election consultant, assisting and advising organizations to facilitate improvements in election administrations domestically and internationally.  Prior to her election consulting work, she served for 12 years as the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk for Los Angeles County. She was responsible for conducting elections for the nation’s largest electoral jurisdiction, managing 5,000+ voting precincts and 25,000+ poll workers. Mrs. McCormack began her career with Atlanta’s City Council in Georgia, followed by judicial and election administrator roles in Dallas, Texas. She then made her way to Southern California, focusing on voter registration and election management for San Diego and Los Angeles Counties.

County government operations, management of large organizations, as well as her passion for the well-being of children, makes her a superb ally and advocate for the organization’s mission,” added Constanza Pachon, MBA, TWC’s CEO.

Conny B. McCormack is a graduate of Virginia Tech University (Political Science, B.A.), University of Miami (Politics and Public Affairs, M.A.), and studied towards a Ph.D. at Emory University. She sits on the Editorial Board for the Election Law Journal. Ms. McCormack and her husband Austin are 25-year residents of Whittier, California.
