TWC has received four-year accreditation from the Council on Accreditation (COA), which evaluates social service organizations across the United States. COA accreditation affirms that we meet the “highest national standards in program excellence.” It is the first national accreditation for our organization.
We were honored to have Sen. Bob Archuleta make the announcement and receive his commendation for our “commitment to enriching the lives of individual by providing expertise, compassion and outreach.”
The two-year process was a rigorous self-study and professional review. The COA team evaluated our service delivery, commitment to quality improvement, service sites, operational practices, leadership oversight, fund-raising principles and financial administration.
Our team was led by QI/QA Director Caesar Moreno and Specialist Tatiana Rojas and involved our entire organization. CEO Constanza Pachon congratulated Board and staff for their determination and dedication during the process.
