We, at The Whole Child, wanted to take a moment to recognize the Girl Scout Troop 4641 for their incredible generosity. Cadettes Ada, Aliyah, Camila, and Chloe made and donated 24 Covid-19 care packages for our families at the Safe Families Interim Housing Facility. Each packaged contained deposable masks, hand sanitizer wipes, gloves, and a stress ball. These gifts will ensure that children at Safe Families are that much more protected.
Acts of kindness like this remind us that anybody can make a difference, especially kids! Next time we’re hoping they’ll bring us cookies too, just kidding (kind of).
